I never planned to go into aesthetics, but God had other plans. I’ve been a registered nurse for over a decade, most of that time in critical care at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Nursing has always been my calling, but after COVID, I was emotionally drained and unsure I could continue bedside care.
That hard season became a turning point. During an appointment with the lovely, Dana Adair; AKA: The Wax Lady for laser hair reduction, she mentioned she needed an RN to help as her business was expanding. Laser hair reduction was a natural choice for me—it was truly life-changing, and I was eager to help others achieve the same results. It felt like the perfect fit. And that one conversation changed everything.
That’s how Bare Beauty Laser was born. What started small grew quickly because I treat every client the way I treat my patients: with compassion, honesty, and attention to detail. I now offer laser hair reduction, cryotherapy and T-Shape 2; a non-invasive Italian device I was the first to bring to Oklahoma. It tightens skin, builds muscle, boosts collagen, and reduces fat and cellulite by working with the body’s natural processes.
This business is about more than beauty—it’s about confidence. Helping someone finally feel comfortable in their own skin is incredibly rewarding. My nursing background still guides everything I do. It’s still care, just in a different form.
My goal is simple: to keep helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful. God opened this door, and I’m walking through it.
